As a luxury real estate marketing professional it is vitally important to deliberately clarify and craft your marketing message so that you attract your ideal clientele. As long as we interact with people, we are continuously in the process of marketing ourselves to others, presenting ourselves in such a way as to attract what we want. But, are you projecting your authentic self, the self that you would ideally like to be if you were not concerned about what others thought of you. Or, are you trying too hard to please people and lose your authenticity in the process. That is a big question!

Understand that as a seller you are the broker's employer. The broker also has by law, a fiduciary duty to you and is charged with trying to get you the best possible price and terms for your property.



Most of these items are on a "unit price" basis meaning putting real estate in Marbella. new replacement windows will cost anywhere from $175 to $200 per window. A new roof on an average size 3 bedroom ranch would cost approximately $5,000 to $7,000. A new gas furnace would cost approximately $4,500 to $6,000 installed. And siding on this same size house would be about $5,500 to $7,000.

Talk to real estate development. the people who will be your neighbors. Find out if people actually enjoy living in the area. Find out if there are problems with the rules. Ask what the people like the best about the neighborhood.

3 Read 1 or 2 books that deal with personal development and real estate. Everyone's favorite in Chicago, if not the US, is Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki. His book is a great eye opener and helps adjust one's thinking about wealth. For real estate, Keller Williams' The real estate company or service. Estate Millionaire, has interviews and bios of many investors throughout the country.

Then there was poor Henry. He was there when I first started, at the desk in front of mine. He was there months later when I was quitting, and he was finally making his first and last sale (he quit shortly afterwards). He was one of the nicest guys I have ever worked with, but he didn't know how to sell real estate.

The NAME. Your business should be in the name of your LLC. Most companies name LLC by the street address, for example 17 Lexington albatros nueva andalucia Ave LLC...I prefer to name them by the number and street name only without St..Ave..Ct.etc For example 17 Lexington LLC. It is just easier to remember and shorter to write. When you get a number of LLCs set up it starts getting confusing which one was St or Street or Ave, and the correct spelling of the LLC is essential in absolutely everything you do.

Now it's time to talk about value again. The best value for most people would be a full service company that discounts its services and is staffed with agents who have business expertise and the requisite skills to maximize your profits or savings. All I have done was outline a logical thought process, in effect showing you that it is really not a jungle out there.
